Verminous Remnant -The Black Dahlia Murder Tour

I spent Mother’s Day getting my ear’s annihilated by The Black Dahlia Murder at the Ace of Spades in Sacramento, California. If you haven’t heard this melodic death metal band from Michigan, you are missing out. I am only a few years in to photo shooting and reviewing metal bands, but these guys hit different. With frontman and former guitarist for TBDM, Brian Eschbach holding his muthaf*#king own since the passing of Trevor Strnad, the Verminous Remnant tour showcases absolute killer riffs. Removal of the Oaken Stake was one of my favorite songs in the lineup. TBDM, as well as the awesome lineup of supporting bands Terror, Frozen Soul, Fuming Mouth, and Phobophilic made this the hardest, heaviest show I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. And I’d do it again! BOOM!
